1. Products & Services:

  • Adi Jewels offers a range of gold, diamond, gemstone, and silver jewellery, including rings, chains, bracelets, and payals. We also provide custom design services and repairs.
  • All jewellery is subject to availability.
  • Purity of gold is guaranteed by BIS Hallmark. Diamonds and gemstones are certified as per industry standards.

2. Pricing & Payments:

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice, based on market fluctuations (especially for gold and silver).
  • Custom order quotes are valid for a specified period, as indicated in the quote.
  • Full payment or a non-refundable advance (for custom orders) is required before order processing or delivery.

3. Custom Orders & Design:

  • For custom-designed jewellery, a design approval and a non-refundable advance payment are required to initiate work.
  • Minor variations may occur between the design renders and the final product due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:

  • Our Refund and Exchange Policy (separate document) governs all returns and exchanges. Please refer to it for detailed terms, including eligibility, timeframes, and quality check requirements.
  • Generally, no cash refunds are provided; eligible returns are processed as exchanges or credit notes.

5. Product Care & Warranty:

  • We provide guidance on how to care for your jewellery. Damages caused by improper care, misuse, or unauthorized alterations are not covered by any implied warranty.
  • Any repairs or alterations performed by third parties will void any applicable warranty.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • All designs, concepts, and images displayed by Adi Jewels (online or in-store) remain the intellectual property of Adi Jewels. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • Adi Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

9. Changes to Terms:

  • Adi Jewels reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or in our showroom.
