Adi Jewels  – Refund & Exchange Policy

At Adi Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that purchasing jewellery is a significant decision, and we want you to feel confident with your choice.

1. Exchange Policy:

  • 15-Day Exchange: We offer a 15-day exchange policy from the date of purchase. If you wish to exchange your purchased jewellery (excluding custom orders), you can do so for the full invoice value.
  • Lifetime Exchange: For all gold and diamond jewellery purchased from Adi Jewels, we offer a Lifetime Exchange policy. You can exchange your piece for its prevailing gold value (at current market rates) and a percentage of the diamond value (typically 90% of the invoice value for certified diamonds, as per current market rates).
  • Conditions for Exchange:
    • The jewellery must be in its original, unused condition, free from any damage, wear and tear, or alterations.
    • The original invoice and any accompanying certificates (e.g., diamond certification) must be presented.
    • Any discounts or promotional offers applied at the time of original purchase will be adjusted during the exchange.
    • Customized or engraved jewellery, and gold coins, may have specific exchange terms which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Refund Policy:

  • No Cash Refund: We generally do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns will be processed as an exchange for other jewellery or a credit note for future purchases at Adi Jewels Jodhpur.
  • Damaged/Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or a suitable resolution. Such cases are subject to inspection by our quality assurance team.

3. General Terms:

  • Quality Check: All items returned for exchange will undergo a mandatory quality inspection by our expert team. The exchange or credit value will be determined after this assessment.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
